Warmcell 500 also proves an excellent soundproofer. The product is recycled newsprint treated with organic salts which render it fire proof. It is installed once first fixing has been completed.
A team of scrimmers apply a barrier similar to vapour barrier to the inside of the external walls before the Warmcel 500 in pumped between the studs. The product is clearly visible inside the barrier. The wall is then slabbed as normal.
